Our Story

In 2018, a realtor visited Kelvin’s home to offer guidance before listing it for sale. After walking through the property, she pointed out the work that needed to be done. “The backyard needs a lot of attention,” she said. “The deck needs sanding and painting, the branches need trimming, and the yard needs a full cleanup.” 

The following week, the realtor returned for a follow-up inspection. “Wow, the backyard looks incredible! Who did the work? I’d love their contact information.” 

Kelvin smiled and replied, “I did.” 

Surprised, she asked, “Do you have a business? I have many clients who could use your services.”

That night, Reliable Care Property Management was born. Over the years, Reliable Care has grown and evolved—but our values have remained the same: honest work, dependable service, and caring for people during life’s transitions.
